Mercedes Benz EQC set for September
The Mercedes Benz EQC will have its official premier at the Me Convention in Stockholm in early September.
Having waited patiently for a premium German pure-electric SUV to arrive, two come along at once. Unlike London buses, these models will seat five, travel a few hundred miles on electric power only, and currently only come wrapped in camouflage. – greencar reports
The EQC is the first model to come from Mercedes’ electric brand. The EQC will be available with a 70 kWh battery, and an expected range of 250-300 miles.
Jaguar’s I-Pace and the Audi both have batteries of around 90 kWh, the EQC will have to be very efficient to match its rivals official driving ranges.
