The Land of a Thousand Islands, Croatia has about 1246 islands, islets and rocks. And surprisingly, one of them is a heart shaped island called Galešnjak! The coast lines of Croatia will mesmerize you and take your breath away. Croatia is the perfect blend of mountainous, lush and beachy feel that makes its visitors keep coming back for more! Not to forget its rich culture and of course, the sea food!

Istria is a very good travel destination all year round and the best weather is during: June, July, September.

Croatia predominantly has a mix of Mediterranean and continental climate with hot summers and cold winters. The winters are usually mild, and the summers are dry along the coast. The temperature highs are easily moderated by the sea, thus helping keep the temperatures mild. High wind velocities have been recorded mostly in cooler months along the coast. February is the month with the lowest temperature and the most pleasant weather is in the month of July.

The summer months around the month of July and August has the most inviting weather for tourists. The beaches are the warmest during these months and most of the tourist spots look much appealing during these months, thanks to the weather. The crystal blue waters make the beaches look so inviting, that you would want to go ahead and have a luxurious splash there or go for an adventures trip on a boat around these islands. The spring and autumn months offer more than the beaches- the national parks and the beautiful scenery in Croatia is sure to sweep you off your feet with their beauty and pristine state. You can also make the most of the nightlife too. September and October too, make a good trip as the weather is equally pleasant that time.
Winter is among the worst times to visit Croatia since its cold and freezing in the interiors, but the coastal areas have a much milder winter. You can make the most of the snow and gear up for a skiing session or hit the museums for a cultural insight onto Croatia.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend going during the month of April- Croatia will not disappoint you since you’ll be able to catch up a little on both the winter side and the spring side of Croatia! It is a win-win situation both ways! Whereas, if you’re on the go, the month of December is perfect because you can catch up on the New Year and Christmas festivities around the country! Overall, the month of July is the most pleasant for a mild weathered trip and you can make the most of the vibrant blue hue of the water at the beaches and get a decent tan too.
