Hackney and Islington have announced that from 3rd September this year, only electric and plug-in hybrid cars will be permitted to uses some roads in the two London boroughs during peak-times. In a new measure, nine roads will be effectively closed to petrol and diesel cars between 7am-10am and 4pm-7pm on weekdays. The affected roads
