Nissan announces prices for 2017 models with fresh exterior and interior
Nissan 2017 model is updated with fresh exterior and interior treatments, and expanded suite of Nissan Safety Shield technology, including available Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection2. Car maker also announced that new limited-volume version, named the “2017 Nissan Rogue: Rogue One Star Wars Limited Edition,” will be produced for the North Americas markets.
Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) for the 2017 Nissan Rogue are for Rogue S FWD $23,820, Rogue SV FWD $25,240, Rogue SL FWD $29,960, Rogue S AWD $25,170, Rogue SV AWD $26,590, Rogue SL AWD $31,310. Destination and Handling will be $940.
The Nissan Rogue first Rogue Hybrid model next year
The Nissan Rogue comes with a new look, improved productivity and extended ensemble of Nissan Safety Shield technologies. In an expansion new gasoline-electric hybrid power train is available in two grade levels. For the first time in the history of Rogue, drivers can choose between front-wheel or all-wheel drive.
Like before, 2017 Rogue will have option from 7 seating for passengers in 3 rows, along with exceptional passenger and cargo flexibility.
New exterior including dynamic front with Nissan signature design cues, Motion-Activated Liftgate, and Safety Shield technologies such as Intelligent Cruise Control3 and Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection2.
Interior in the 2017 Rogue is also improved. D-shaped steering wheel available heated, leather-booted sport-mode shifter, memory for driver’s seats and mirror, and remote engine start4 are some of it. Enhanced interior materials and design features include new door and instrument panel finishers, new shift knob design, revised center console and console lid, and new seat fabric. With these changes car looks luxurious.
All 2017 Rogue models are equipped with a responsive 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine rated at 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The engine is matched with an advanced Xtronic transmission with standard Sport Mode and Eco switches. Fuel economy5 is rated at 26 mpg city, 33 mpg highway and 29 mpg combined for front-wheel drive models. Rogue AWD models are rated at 25 mpg city, 32 mpg highway and 27 mpg combined5.
The Nissan Rogue will present first Rogue Hybrid model next year, and pricing will be announced later this year. In an expansion of the Rogue lineup, Hybrid will have, above mentioned gasoline-electric hybrid power train. However, exceptional passenger and cargo flexibility with its innovative EZ Flex Seating System and Divide-N-Hide Cargo System will not be available Rogue Hybrid like in other models.
