The III edition of Hispania Rally has started in Guadix (Granada) with day 0.
A first contact for the teams with the bivouac and with verifications. In
addition, the official Sherco rider, Lorenzo Santolino, has been with all the
amateur riders to explain how to navigate with one of the new updates;
Hispania is the first European rally with the road book in color.

The bivouac has welcomed to more than 180 riders from 26 countries.
1,500 kilometers of stage through the province of Granada.

Stage 1 will have more than 200 kilometers.

The only European rally held in the desert has started its zero day. The riders have
passed the technical and administrative checks, in addition to checking that the
navigation systems were ready.

Guadix (Granada) has received the first international rally of the season with the
Sierra Nevada mountains in the background, the bivouac has welcomed more than
180 riders from 26 countries to enjoy five days of racing with 1,500 kilometers.

During the afternoon, the bivouac has been full of riders to hear the updates of the
roadbook in color. Santolino, official Sherco rider in the Dakar, has explained to all
participants how to understand better the roadbook. This is the first time in a
European rally that participants will have a roadbook previously painted by the
organization. Finally, The Spanish rider has given some navigation advice so that
less experienced riders can compete in the best way.

The first day of the race will have more than 200 kilometers. Furthermore, the
strongest men of the race are Joan Pedrero and Mario Patrao. Two high-level
Dakarians who will compete for the competition in the next five days.
