Phoenix will soon have an Atari video game-themed hotel.

Led by founder Shelly Murphy and partner Napoleon Smith III, the location will be developed by GSD Group and True North Studio, a leading Phoenix-based real estate developer, and designed by global architecture firm Gensler.

Locals may know Shelly Murphy from her DesTechAZ event and Steve Wozniak’s Woz Innovation Foundation, and Napoleon Smith III as the producer of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, as well as the Grand Prix of Scottsdale.
