He said that the Stelvio SUV, with its vehicle-like dynamics and lot storage space will make satisfied customers that are maybe interested in a Giulia wagon.
Fabrizio Curci, who leads Alfa Romeo’s European operations, said that the Giulia wagon had been waiting long time but market conditions were constantly changing, videlicet an increase in request for SUVs, convinced the car producer to quit the plans.
We could realize that in Alfa Romeo’s decision last year which was adding two more SUVs to its lineup, not one. Automakers latest plan is thatr intends to add between now and the end of 2020 a mid-size sedan, a mid-size SUV, a compact SUV, an compact car which has no name yet, and two specialty cars also without names.
Rumors say that the coupe will be possibly revealed maybe even next month at 2017 Geneva auto show, as a new Giulia Sprint
The two specialty vehicles will probably include a convertible and a coupe. Rumors say that the coupe will be possibly revealed maybe even next month at 2017 Geneva auto show, as a new Giulia Sprint.
Curci also said that upgrading the Giogio platform and transforming FCA’s Cassino factory in Italy to be a dedicated Alfa Romeo bulding were the biggest problems. Now that both milestones have been reached, Alfa Romeo can move much faster than before.
