2018 Honda Odyssey comes to Detroit show
The Chrysler Pacifica this year shaken up the class of minivans was. At the Detroit auto show that is happening next month, Honda’s 2018 Odyssey will debut as the latest entry in the segment.
Afore of the next-gen Odyssey’s show up, Honda presents one teaser skit. That skit will show more refined profile for a minivan, so as dramatic character lines . The taillights show C-shaped lighting parts like the Civic. Also the overall shape of the lamps look very similar to the Pilot. The D-pillar is darken at the very end for the fine take on the floatingtop design theme. In the meantime, the B- and C-pillars can’t be seen at all. This sketch surely shows a rooted minivan design. However, it is justed on the prototypes we’ve seen already. The next-gen Odyssey’s shape won’t change a lot from the this model at the moment. Honda says the fifth-generation Odyssey will present “sophisticated styling,” additionaly to new powertrain technology and innovative stuff.

With the teaser along, Honda unveiled four more sketches called “teaser scribbles.” These drawings are made by the children of the Odyssey team, who in a way enclosed to the new minivan’s developming process. The drawings show stuff never seen before on a minivan, such as an F1-like dorsal fin and paint job that is rainbow coloured.
