At the Paris Motor Show, Porche’s fourth model in Panamera Line will debut. It’ll have an electric range of 31 miles (or 50 kilometres) and a plug-in E-Hybrid with all-wheel drive.

The other Volkswagen Group brands will definitely want to get some of Porche’s new grab-bag of technology, cause Panamera is more than just a luxury sportscar with green overtones.

The Panamera E-Hybrid will be promoted with net output of 462 hp and 516 ib-ft of twist. Thisnumber is reached by an electric motor making 136hp/295ib-ft and a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V^ producing 330hp/331ib-ft.

It’ll have eight-speed PDK transmissin that will send power to all four wheels. As soon as you lean your foot on the acceleration pedal you power the Panamera’s electric motor.

Before it was much different. You had to press pedal 80 percent at least. That’s a big benefit for drivers.

Totally new development is “Hybrid Auto” mode.

There are some new drive modes listed by Porche. This Panamera has fresh electric “E-Power” mode. Totally new development is “Hybrid Auto” mode. The Panamera automatically combines gasoline and electric drive sources on this mode.

In “E-Charge” mode, V6 engine is charging the the battery. Forthat, the gasoline engine. have to produce more power than is relly neede for driving. The V6 biturbo engine is alive and continuously most effective in “Sport” and “Sport Plus” modes which are ones saved for the highest level of driveperformance.

In “Sport” mode, the battery charge is always minimum level, so that reserves capatities, “Sport Plus” mode is based on highest performance and allow Panamera’s reach its top speed of 278km/h (173mph.)

Speed is determinated from 0-60 at obout 4.6 seconds. Other Volkswagen vehicles will maybe use the same hybrid technologyb too. However, this model has little familiar similarities to the first hybrid vehicle made by Ferdinand Porsche. Rirst vehicles in Europe will debut around middle of April. In all other continents in 2017.
